Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on corporate/SG&A functions.
• Background recruiting for Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, or Technology corporate roles.
• Demonstrated success hiring at various levels, from mid to senior; including senior management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in inclusive hiring.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnership: advise senior leaders and align recruiting with workforce planning.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-executive SG&A roles.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: build pipelines via diverse sourcing channels and direct outreach.
• Stakeholder & Process Management: align hiring managers, ensure great candidate experience, and track recruiting metrics.
