Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You will partner with hiring leaders to build high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment and close critical hires.

The role requires 1-3 years of recruiting experience in various settings, strong relationship-building, and excellent communication skills. This on-site position involves a 4-day-per-week presence at our office in Santa Clara/San Jose.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years recruiting experience in an agency, startup, or in-house environment.
• Proven success hiring across a variety of roles and functions.
• Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct candidate assessments to ensure role alignment and values fit.
• Provide market insights and hiring trend guidance to managers.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience and manage processes.
