Job summary

Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to drive a smooth interview process and partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams. You will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, manage travel and reimbursements, and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely, clear communication throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage across all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and discretion handling confidential information.
• Growth-oriented mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to take on ad hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, including travel and accommodations.
• Build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders with clear communication.
• Host candidates onsite and ensure a smooth, high-quality interview experience.
• Support Recruiting Operations projects to improve processes and efficiency.
