Job summary

Archer is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the organization in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with hiring leaders to build high-performing teams and drive hiring outcomes.

You will own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer management while maintaining strong candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices. On-site presence required in Santa Clara/San Jose four days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or in-house environment.
• Proven success hiring across a variety of roles and functions.
• Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess talent and align candidates to business needs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across multiple functions to understand hiring needs and goals.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and values.
• Provide hiring market insights and best practices to managers.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences through clear communication and process management.
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes to improve effectiveness.
