Moog in Torrance, CA is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead a strategic development program for a key customer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams through design, development, qualification and initial production, ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

The role demands extensive aerospace program management experience, strong leadership, and superb communication to align stakeholders and drive program success.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
Minimum ten years of professional work experience, preferably in engineering and/or program management.
Experience managing aerospace or defense development programs.
Strong schedule, quality, and financial performance focus.
Proven leadership across cross-functional teams and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Lead a strategic development program for a key Moog customer.
Coordinate design, development, qualification and initial production.
Collaborate across functions to optimize program success and meet contractual requirements.
Manage cost and schedule to achieve program objectives and ensure compliance.
Develop recovery plans and expand Moog's book of business through proposals.
