Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Site Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex production and program activities for Commercial OE products.

You will collaborate with planning, operations, supply chain, engineering, and site leadership to meet program objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of program management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of Program Management or similar experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence across functions.
• Team collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and customer orientation.
• Requires access to U.S. Export Controlled information.
• Knowledge of project management tools including Earned Value Management.
• Experience managing multiple programs in manufacturing/production.
• Experience working with operations, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality, and engineering.
• Experience managing program schedules, cost, risk, and execution performance.
• Ability to present program information to customers, site leadership, and stakeholders; navigate high-pressure situations.
• Experience supporting production readiness, manufacturing execution, and clear-to-build processes.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, aviation, or complex industrial environments; OEM programs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex production, operations, and program activities for Torrance site.
• Serve as primary Commercial OE program representative with cross-functional teams.
• Drive production readiness and clear-to-build activities with material, labor, and capacity alignment.
• Provide oversight across ~50 product models with site planners and teams to mitigate risks.
• Support process improvements and standard work across Program Management and site execution.
• Assist in expanding the book of business through proposal teams and campaigns.
