Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Senior Site Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex production, operations, and program activities for Commercial OE products.

You will collaborate with planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering to meet schedule, cost, and performance goals while driving readiness and clear-to-build processes. This onsite role reports to the Program Director and may include relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of program management or similar experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership, excellent listening and cross-functional influence skills.
• Strong collaboration, emotional intelligence, and customer orientation.
• Access to U.S. Export Controlled information.
• Knowledge of project management tools including Earned Value Management.
• Experience managing multiple programs in manufacturing or production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex production, operations, and program activities for Commercial OE products in Torrance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage scope, schedule, cost, and production commitments.
• Serve as the primary program representative at the site, collaborating with planning, operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering.
• Drive production readiness and clear-to-build activities including labor readiness and resource alignment.
• Provide oversight across approximately 50 product models manufactured at Torrance.
• Support process improvements and standard work across program management and site execution.
• Support proposals and business capture to sustain and expand the book of business.
• Develop detailed program plans with schedules and monitor cost, readiness, and progress.
• Resolve production constraints, material shortages, schedule risks, and execution issues with stakeholders.
• Enhance manufacturing responsiveness and planning through site leadership collaboration.
• Communicate risks and delays clearly to customers and Moog leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs, Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize program success.
