Job summary

Moog is seeking a Program Manager in Goleta, CA (Santa Barbara area) to oversee multiple production and development initiatives, typically ranging up to $12 million. You will develop program plans, drive execution through Moog’s departments, and serve as the primary customer contact to ensure contractual fulfillment and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, preferably Engineering.
• 5 years of prior experience in engineering, supply chain, or operations in aerospace/defense or highly engineered manufacturing.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with emotional intelligence.
• Ability to present program information to customers and management; handle high-pressure situations.
• Experience with DoD contracts and MS Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple production or development initiatives valued up to $12 million.
• Develop program plans and schedules; coordinate with Moog functional departments to meet contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary customer contact and deliver reports to client and Moog leadership.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and task status; ensure alignment with program plans.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and customer reviews and assist in proposals and change orders.
