Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Senior Site Program Manager to oversee complex production and program activities for Commercial OE products.

You will work with planning, operations, supply chain, engineering, and site leadership to meet program goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field and 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of Program Management or similar experience is required, preferably in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to influence across functional organizations.
• Demonstrated teamwork, emotional intelligence, and customer orientation.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience managing multiple programs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements across all program activities at the Torrance site.
• Achieve program objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and production commitments.
• Serve as the primary Commercial OE program representative at the Torrance site.
• Drive production readiness and clear-to-build activities.
• Provide oversight of ~50 product models with planners and functional teams.
• Support process improvements and standard work in PM and site execution.
• Support business capture campaigns and proposals.
• Develop detailed program plans with schedules and monitor costs and progress.
• Resolve production constraints and risks through proactive communication.
