Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead a strategic development program for a key customer in a fast-paced aerospace context. You will drive design, development, qualification and initial production while coordinating across functions to ensure schedule, cost and performance targets are met.

The role emphasizes proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex budgets and contracts in a defense environment. A PMP and prior EVMS exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field and at least ten years of professional work experience.
• Six+ years of Program Management on aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience delivering on schedule, quality and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic effort developing a product for a key customer.
• Develop and execute a program from design to production with cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage program plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance to meet development objectives.
• Coordinate between program elements and resolve issues with customers and stakeholders.
• Support proposals and business capture activities to grow Moog's book of business.
