Job summary

Moog Inc. in Torrance, CA, seeks a Staff Program Manager to lead a strategic development program for a key customer. You will report to the Business Unit General Manager and coordinate with external customers and internal teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires a BS degree with 10+ years in engineering or program management, plus 6+ years in PM on development programs. Security clearance eligibility and defense program experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS degree with ten years of experience in engineering or program management.
• Six+ years in program management on development programs.
• Proven ability to deliver on schedule, quality, and cost.
• Strong communication and facilitation across functions.
• Experience developing budgets, plans, and schedules.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and contractual requirements.
• US security clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic effort developing a product for a key customer.
• Develop and execute a program through qualification and NPI maturity.
• Coordinate cross functionally to optimize program success.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and budgets.
• Manage cost and schedule to meet development objectives.
