Job summary

Moog in Torrance, CA seeks a Senior Site Program Manager to lead complex production and program activities for Commercial OE products. You will coordinate planning, operations, supply chain, and engineering to meet program commitments and drive readiness for production start and customer delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least five years in program management within aerospace/manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of Program Management or similar experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence across functions.
• Experience managing program schedules, cost, risk, and execution performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and coordinate all program activities at the Torrance site.
• Drive production readiness and clear-to-build activities with material, labor, and capacity alignment.
• Provide program leadership to plan, execute, and monitor multiple models and programs.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering to meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate risks, status, and actions to customers and Moog leadership.
