• 7+ years of product management experience, including B2B/PLG growth ownership.
• End-to-end product ownership at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
• Customer-first mindset grounded in data, experimentation, and strong business judgment.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
• Strong technical fluency and product intuition.

Responsibilities

• Create the growth strategy for the domain and scope/lead new feature development.
• Analyze data and perform user research to inform decisions.
• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across engineering, data, design, marketing, legal and more.
• Develop and manage a growth experimentation roadmap aligned with performance goals.
• Prototype growth ideas rapidly and push select experiments to production.
