Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams.
• Experience working with B2B companies focusing on SMBs is a plus.
• Ability to connect work to larger team goals.

Responsibilities

• Join the Growth team to achieve ambitious customer acquisition goals.
• Define roadmap, vision, and lead design work including funnel optimization.
• Champion designs delivering a seamless experience for SMB users.
• Participate in UX research and represent the voice of the customer.
