The ideal candidate has 6+ years in digital marketing, with a track record in high-growth B2C environments, and familiarity with AI-driven content tools. This is a high-leverage opportunity to rapidly scale a new product within Checkr's marketing org.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in high-growth B2C environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content engineering tools and workflows.
• Creative, test-and-learn mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define growth and user acquisition strategy across search, web, email, social, and programmatic channels.
• Lead AI-driven SEO and content strategy for B2B and B2BC markets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve website performance through experiments and optimization.
• Define strategic direction and goals for paid campaigns across social, display, search, and video.
• Refine personas and value propositions with Product for stronger resonance.
• Design experiments across channels and analyze results to inform strategy.
• Work with product/engineering to adapt strategy based on roadmap and insights.
