Deepgram is hiring a Staff Product Manager for self-serve. You’ll own the growth of the developer journey from first touch to committed customer, building the product that moves the funnel. This is a founding-era team; you define what good looks like and partner with engineering, design, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Product-led growth experience with a self-serve funnel metric ownership.
• Track record of setting direction, shipping, and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to prototype, perform engineering tradeoffs, and analyze data.
• Experience with AI-enabled product workflows and analytics.
• Comfort building and evolving a developer/API product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth of the self-serve funnel from first touch to conversion.
• Own product experience: onboarding, console, and activation paths.
• Ship and measure with a data-driven experimentation platform.
• Partner with DevRel, marketing, sales, CS, and analytics on metrics.
• Lead with decisions, defend methods, and iterate on outcomes.
