Job summary

Time Doctor is a fully remote, growth-focused product native to the Revenue organization. We seek a Growth Product Manager to own the growth levers behind our self-serve motion and drive metrics across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion.

You’ll partner with leadership to set goals, build the growth roadmap, and ship experiments in collaboration with engineering, design and data teams. You will design and analyze A/B tests, prototype ideas with AI tools, and translate insights

Qualifications

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS with growth focus.
• Proven track record in product-led growth or self-serve models.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Growth and Chief Revenue Officer to shape the growth strategy and translate it into clear priorities and plans.
• Own the growth roadmap and the metrics it is meant to move, from conversion through to retention and expansion.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using product data, funnel analysis and user insight.
• Design, run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, and turn the results into clear decisions.
• Use LLMs and AI tools to prototype and demo ideas quickly, then write clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design to take initiatives from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.
• Define, track and report on growth KPIs, explaining what is driving movement and what it means for priorities.
• Bring a point of view on the biggest opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from conversion through to retention and expansion, and make the case for larger bets backed by evidence.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data, marketing and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
