Marigold, a fast-growing marketing technology company, is seeking a Product Manager, Growth Strategy for Campaign Monitor. You will shape how marketers move from signup to paid, partnering with product teams in Australia and multiple functions to steer activation and monetization.

You’ll analyze onboarding, activation, and conversion to surface actionable recommendations and help define shared growth metrics across the org.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in a self‑serve business.
• Hands‑on product analytics experience with funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation, and user paths.

• Own the end-to-end self-serve conversion picture across signup to paid.
• Build funnel, cohort, retention analyses and translate findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Assess competitive landscape and identify trends, patterns and advantages.
• Maintain a self-serve market opportunity model with segments and growth opportunities.
• Keep leadership informed about ESP category changes, deliverability, AI‑driven products, pricing and packaging.
• Explain data-driven insights to cross‑functional teams across time zones.
