Job summary

Affirm seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the consumer loyalty program from vision to execution. You will define metrics, hypotheses, and sequencing across quarters, and launch the first rewards version with clear in-app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.

You will build engagement loops, manage rewards economics, and partner with Risk, Legal, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant, transparent offers. Remote-first, US-wide roles available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or related leadership role.
• Experience building consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Proven track record of launching products from scratch and driving repeat usage.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for affirm's consumer loyalty program.
• Launch rewards and tiers with earn mechanics and redemption pathways.
• Develop engagement loops to increase weekly affirm usage.
• Manage program economics including funding and liability.
