Affirm seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the vision for the Consumer Growth Loyalty program, shaping rewards, tiers, and engagement surfaces across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase moments. You’ll partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design compliant rewards and measure impact with holdouts and LTV.
