Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager (FuzeRx) to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives that enhance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements.

You will lead discovery, align senior stakeholders, and establish success metrics while navigating healthcare regulatory constraints and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ~8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management owning complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy at portfolio or platform level.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor across the Product organization.
