Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager (FuzeRx) to shape and deliver high-impact product initiatives advancing patient care and pharmacy operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to define strategy and mentor peers while driving measurable outcomes.

This senior role emphasizes product craftsmanship and influence without direct people management, with broad autonomy to set standards and roadmaps across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, incl. ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with Engineering in agile development environments.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics driven decision-making.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with influence without authority.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and outcomes.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product discovery via customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Communicate tradeoffs and priorities with data-driven judgment to senior stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs to drive improvements in product performance.
• Anticipate constraints in healthcare/pharmacy ecosystems and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and elevate product org maturity.
