Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives across patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior role operates with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience.
• Experience with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with data-driven personalization or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Proven track record of portfolio/platform-level product strategy.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers and maturing product orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation to solve real user problems.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments and design scalable solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor to raise product quality and execution.
