Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives in healthcare and pharmacy operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements, establish KPIs, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• ≈8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex cross-functional product initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence without authority.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or related field.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Track record of setting product strategy at portfolio or platform level and mentoring other PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data-driven tradeoffs and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor and raise the bar for product quality and execution across the Product organization.
