Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager (FuzeRx) to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will work autonomously with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements. You will lead discovery, set KPIs/OKRs, and drive alignment with executives while navigating regulatory and technical constraints in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management and ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Experience building products for healthcare, pharmacy, or enterprise platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Mentor and raise the bar for product quality and execution across the organization.
