Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy at portfolio/platform level.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation to ensure solutions solve real user problems.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs, using insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare/pharmacy environments and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor, raising the bar for product quality and execution.
