Fuze Health seeks a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives in patient care and pharmacy operations. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data leaders to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

The role emphasizes autonomy, data-driven decision-making, and mentorship across the Product organization, with a focus on scalable, compliant solutions in healthcare environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Align senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes with data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs, using insights to improve product performance.
• Anticipate constraints in healthcare/pharmacy environments and design compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor across the Product organization.
