Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear requirements, lead discovery, align stakeholders, and monitor KPIs/OKRs in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly recommended for leadership in product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Align senior stakeholders with clear tradeoffs, priorities and outcomes using data and strong product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments.
• Mentor and elevate product quality and decision-making across the Product organization.
