Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

This senior IC role operates with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex clinical needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management.
• Experience with engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Experience building products for healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or related field.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy at portfolio or platform level.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the Product organization.
