Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager (FuzeRx) to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care and pharmacy operations.

This senior individual contributor role collaborates with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements. You will drive product discovery, set strategy at portfolio level, mentor other PMs, and manage KPIs/OKRs while navigating regulatory and technical

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or related platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation to ensure solutions solve real user problems.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by clearly articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and strong product judgment.
• Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), using insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments and design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor, raising the bar for product quality and execution across the Product organization.
