Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape high-impact initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

This senior individual contributor role sits within the Product Management family and emphasizes product craftsmanship and influence without people management. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex healthcare needs into clear product requirements, define

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience with complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience building products for healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management with influence without authority.
• MBA or advanced degree in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Communicate tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor and raise the bar for product quality and decision-making across the Product org.
