Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. This senior IC role operates with significant autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and business leaders.

You will lead discovery, align senior stakeholders, set KPIs/OKRs, and design scalable, compliant solutions in healthcare and pharmacy environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• ~8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills with influence.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare, Data, or related field.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management.
• Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with data-driven tradeoffs and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate based on insights.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design scalable solutions.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor, elevating product quality and execution.
