Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to set standards, drive strategy, and mentor other Product Managers. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll lead with autonomy, obsess over outcomes, and shape roadmaps across domains while solving

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile development and close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making using product metrics.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains such as healthcare or pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and experiments.
• Communicate tradeoffs and priorities with data-backed rationale to leadership.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise product quality and execution standards.
