Babylist is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead a major consumer surface and drive AI-native product development. You will own end-to-end product initiatives, set the one-year roadmap, and champion rapid prototyping with data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

As a senior leader, you will define AI standards, defend unit economics, and collaborate across teams to translate vision into working prototypes, data queries, and scalable experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale consumer products and held Senior/Staff/Director titles.
• AI-native builder using LLMs and coding tools daily.
• Deep technical fluency and ability to contribute to code execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of a major consumer surface.
• One-year product strategy and roadmap.
• AI-native product standards and rituals.
• Working prototypes and data/code queries.
