Job summary

Within is seeking a senior product leader in San Francisco to scale our AI-native product organization. You will own the connective layer across GTM, Value Delivery, and engineering, directing the agentic operating system that orchestrates multiple pods while ensuring fast, high-quality decision-making.

You’ll translate field input into product signal, define priorities, and build dashboards to measure usage and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product at B2B SaaS or AI-platforms with staff-level scope
• Able to design cross-team processes and context systems that speed decision making
• Fluent in data and instrumentation with dashboards used by teams

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate work across multiple product pods with an AI-native motion
• Prioritize and reallocate resources to keep pods aligned with priorities
• Build the context-and-metrics layer with dashboards for usage and productivity
• Own GTM, engineering, and customer communications loops across releases
• Provide product signal to leadership about what's shipping, landing, and blockers
