Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own a cross-surface problem space and drive vision across product areas. You will prototype workflows, read data across signals, and build AI-enabled solutions that scale impact across teams, while mentoring Senior PMs and shaping leadership discussions.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM to align decisions, measure success, and accelerate product maturity in an AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product management across multiple areas or a foundational platform.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
• Systems thinker with awareness of second-order effects.
• Hold strategy and execution simultaneously as scope expands.
• Mentor and elevate other PMs, not just ship your own work.
• Strong data instincts with ability to define metrics and interpret signals.
• Experience with AI tooling to scale coverage and workflows.
• Proven executive-level communicator able to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a cross-functional problem space or foundational platform area affecting multiple surfaces.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas and unblock key work.
• Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback.
• Prototype cross-cutting workflows and validate strategic concepts through testing.
• Identify leverage and build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns for adoption by the team.
• Mentor Senior PMs to raise the function's floor.
• Represent the product voice in leadership discussions and cross-team decisions.
• Contribute to how the PM function operates, including discovery, quality, and measurement.
