Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a foundational problem space that spans multiple surfaces. You will still build and prototype cross-cutting workflows, reading data wherever it shows up and engaging with customers across the full scope.

You will mentor Senior PMs, drive strategic alignment, and shape the product strategy with AI tooling. This role requires strong executive communication and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product management across multiple areas or foundational platform ownership.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
• Systems thinker who anticipates second-order effects and mitigates problems early.
• Balance strategy and execution without handing off details as scope expands.
• Track record mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping own work.
• Strong data instincts; can fetch analyses, set metrics, and spot misleading trends.
• Experience with AI tooling and scaling coverage using AI workflows.
• Proven communicator at executive levels; frames complex problems crisply for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a cross-functional problem space that shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas and unblock key decisions.
• Synthesize signals from customers, data, support trends, and partner feedback across the scope.
• Prototype cross-cutting workflows and validate strategies with early testing.
• Identify leverage and share it by building AI workflows, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
• Mentor and raise the floor of the PM function by developing others.
• Represent the product voice in executive discussions and broad decision making.
• Contribute to how the PM function operates, including discovery and quality measures.
