Job summary

Resolve AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for major surfaces, from problem framing to shipped interfaces. You will define interaction patterns for AI in production and prototype rapidly to test ideas with users and teams.

You will raise the bar on craft, contribute to and evolve our design system, and leverage AI as a thinking partner across the design process. 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex software products.
• 0-to-1 stage experience where patterns don’t exist yet.
• Strong fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, typography and color.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for major surfaces of the Resolve AI product.
• Define new interaction patterns for AI in production.
• Prototype to turn fuzzy problems into tangible solutions quickly.
• Raise the bar on craft across the team and evolve the design system.
• Use AI as a thinking and making partner in workflow.
