Job summary

Within is seeking a senior product manager to own AI-enabled surfaces across complex workflows. You will translate advanced AI capabilities into customer-friendly experiences and ship quickly in partnership with the CTO, engineering, and design teams.

You’ll lead discovery with customers, build early prototypes, and drive end-to-end features from concept to production, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in product management in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, shipping technically complex products.
• Builders with strong product instincts who ship working prototypes to validate direction.
• Technical credibility: can read architecture diagrams and reason about system tradeoffs, SQL & API documentation.
• Experience shipping Gen AI features with product-market fit and understanding of probabilistic systems.
• Strong UX intuition and ability to distill user needs from messy feedback.
• Customer-obsessed and able to interview customers unsupervised to extract structured insights.

Responsibilities

• Core AI product areas with real scope. Define problems, write PRD quickly, drive features end-to-end.
• Prototype the direction with AI tooling to validate before engineering commits.
• Conduct customer interviews and convert field feedback into structured insights.
• Partner with engineering and design to define clear requirements and fast decisions.
• Own concrete surfaces like Companion, AI Interviewer, Advisor, the agent repository.
• Define AI-native behavior and set user expectations for probabilistic systems.
• Define success metrics and present outcomes clearly to team and customers.
• Room to grow with the team as ownership expands over time.
