Job summary

Glance AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own major consumer journeys end to end, shaping product direction and the user experience with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled interactions. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver differentiated, intuitive experiences.

You will drive activation, engagement, and retention while making hard trade-off decisions in ambiguous environments. A hands-on approach to GenAI is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience with consumer focus.
• Proven ownership of meaningful products, journeys, or problem spaces.
• Strong UI/UX and interaction design sensibility.
• Ability to clarify ambiguity and make decisions.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and engagement.
• Hands-on with generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Own significant consumer journeys end to end.
• Define product direction and user experience.
