Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the experience layer and drive the next generation of Babylist across web and native apps.

You will lead research, build rapid prototypes, and contribute production frontend code, shaping use experiences that are intuitive, beautiful, and emotionally resonant for families.

Collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data partners, you’ll define the design system and push AI-native workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to run research and prototype quickly.
• Experience designing with AI-native workflows.
• Strong communication of design rationale.
