Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the consumer loyalty program from concept to launch. You will define the vision, metrics, and sequencing across quarters, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal and Marketing to ensure a compliant, compelling experience.

You will design earn and burn mechanics, tiers and redemption surfaces across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase; build the economics and LTV models; and align senior stakeholders through ambiguous work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with consumer apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Experience building loyalty, rewards or engagement programs.
• History of launching products from scratch and owning repeat usage metrics.
• Comfort building and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to lead cross-functionally with limited authority.
• Fluency in experiment design, incrementality and LTV measurement; SQL/Amplitude skills.
• Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products with Risk/Legal/Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the loyalty program vision and roadmap across quarters.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn, redemption and surfaces.
• Build engagement loops that drive weekly usage and value realization.
• Own program economics: liability, funding mix, interchange and GMV impact.
• Set measurement foundations and tune earn/burn and tier thresholds from data.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing.
• Align senior stakeholders and lead embedded pods through ambiguity.
