Job summary

Affim seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the consumer loyalty program from concept to launch, defining earn and burn mechanics, tiers, and incentives across app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.

You will partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to design compliant rewards, lead embedded engineering and design pods through ambiguity, and build measurement foundations for LTV and incrementality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, focusing on consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Experience building loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs with earn/burn mechanics.
• Led products from scratch, not just optimizations.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention, or share of wallet as a primary metric.
• Ability to defend reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership.
• Strong UX instincts and design sensibilities.
• Deep expertise in experiment design, incrementality, and LTV measurement.
• Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products and collaborating with Risk/Legal/Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program, with hypotheses and metrics.
• Launch rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, redemption, and surfaces across app and checkout.
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly use and long-term loyalty.
• Own program economics: liability, funding mix, incentives, and GMV payback.
• Set up measurement foundations for loyalty like holdouts and incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant rewards.
