Affim is a remote-first fintech company building a consumer loyalty program. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, metrics, and roadmap for rewards, tiers, and engagement across our app and checkout.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to design compliant rewards and measure impact with LTV, holdouts, and incrementality. A strong background in fintech and consumer apps is required.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management for consumer apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled loyalty, rewards or engagement programs with payback considerations.
• History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing existing ones.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as key metrics.
• Comfort building financial models and defending reward costs and funding.”

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision and roadmap for the loyalty program across app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers with earn mechanics and member benefits.
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly usage and long-term loyalty.
• Align with cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant rewards.
