Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of our AI-native security platform among MSSP, MSP, and partner ecosystems in the United States. You will build technical relationships, deliver demos, and lead multi-phase technical roadmaps with partners, translating technical findings into business value.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in field, 8+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture, and strong security knowledge.

Qualifications

15+ years in field, 8+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or professional services.
Proven track record of scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level.
Experience designing and delivering multi-phase technical roadmaps for enterprise/MSP environments.
Strong background with CTO/VP Engineering level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with MSSP/MSP/partner ecosystems.
Demonstrate SentinelOne's value and drive adoption through demos and training.
Plan go-to-market initiatives with partners and manage technical resources.
Own and coordinate the technical relationship with partners and orchestrate escalations.
Deliver technical and business-focused roadmaps to senior partner audiences.
