Job summary

Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC) is seeking a Staff GPU RTL Design Engineer to contribute to power management/SoC interface RTL blocks for next‑generation mobile GPU IPs. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver robust, scalable designs powering premium smartphones.

You will drive microarchitecture definitions, RTL development, integration, and verification, while navigating timing, power, and area tradeoffs across IP generations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or higher required.
• Experience in RTL design and microarchitecture development.
• Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog for GPU/SoC power management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power management/SoC interface RTL blocks.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams and SoC engineers.
• Translate architecture specs into scalable hardware designs.
• Drive verification and debugging for robust GPU designs.
• Address timing, power, performance, and area tradeoffs early.
