Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer GPU RTL Design Engineer to contribute to the RTL design of next-generation mobile GPU IPs.

You will collaborate with hardware and software teams across control, datapath, and memory systems to deliver scalable, production-ready RTL blocks for premium smartphones. The role emphasizes microarchitecture definition, RTL development lifecycle, and validation, with a focus on graphics pipelines and pixel processing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering RTL for complex SoC/CPU/GPU architectures.
• Proficiency in RTL lifecycle: microarchitecture to RTL development, integration, and debug.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to microarchitecture definition and RTL implementation of GPU blocks and subsystems.
• Translate architectural specs into efficient hardware designs for pixel processing and graphics pipelines.
• Collaborate with architecture, physical design, and verification to ensure robustness and production-ready RTL.
