Job summary

You will collaborate with architecture, power, physical design and verification teams to deliver high-quality RTL suitable for production.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor RTL design for complex SoC, CPU, or GPU architectures.
• Hands-on RTL design with Verilog/SystemVerilog, including microarchitecture development, integration, and debug.
• Knowledge of GPU or high-performance digital design concepts (control, datapath, memory, cache).
• Ability to interpret architectural specs and tradeoffs across performance, power, area (PPA).
• Experience with front-end ASIC design flows: linting, synthesis, timing analysis, design quality checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical docs.
• Excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced global team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to microarchitecture definition and RTL implementation of GPU blocks.
• Translate architectural specs into efficient RTL designs that are scalable.
• Drive RTL lifecycle from microarchitecture to RTL development, integration, and debug.
• Support design quality by developing clean synthesizable RTL and collaborating with verification.
• Resolve interface, timing, power, and area tradeoffs early in the design cycle.
