Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior GPU RTL Design Engineer to contribute to RTL blocks and subsystems for cutting-edge mobile GPU IPs. You will work with architecture, power, physical design, and verification teams to deliver robust, scalable designs across multiple IP generations.

In this role, you will translate specifications into efficient RTL, drive the design lifecycle from microarchitecture to RTL, and ensure high-quality, production-ready silicon.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in semiconductor RTL design for complex SoC, CPU, or GPU architectures.
• Hands-on RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog, including microarchitecture development, integration, and debug.
• Working knowledge of GPU or high-performance digital design concepts, including control logic, datapath, memory systems, and cache design.
• Experience with front-end ASIC design flows, including linting, synthesis, timing analysis, and design quality checks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced, global team.

Responsabilités

• Design and development of RTL blocks and subsystems for mobile GPU IPs.
• Collaborate with architecture, power, physical design and emulation/silicon teams across multiple GPU domains.
• Translate architectural specs into efficient, scalable hardware designs.
• Drive RTL lifecycle from microarchitecture through RTL development, integration, and simulation readiness.
• Support design quality, verification, issue resolution, and robust production-ready designs.
