Samsung Electronics, at the Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC) and Advanced Computing Lab (ACL), is seeking a Senior GPU RTL Design Engineer to advance RTL blocks and subsystems for next-generation mobile GPU IPs. You will work across architecture, power, physical design and verification teams to deliver high-quality, scalable hardware.

• Experience in semiconductor RTL design for complex SoC/GPU architectures.
• Hands-on RTL design with Verilog/SystemVerilog, including microarchitecture development, integration and debug.
• Knowledge of GPU or high-performance digital design concepts (control, datapath, memory systems, cache).
• Ability to interpret architectural specs and make tradeoffs across performance, power, and area (PPA).
• Experience with front-end ASIC design flows: linting, synthesis, timing analysis, design quality checks.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to design and development of RTL blocks and subsystems for next-gen mobile GPU IPs.
• Collaborate with architecture, power, physical design and emulation/silicon teams across multiple GPU domains.
• Translate architectural specs into efficient, scalable hardware designs and ensure robust production-ready RTL.
• Drive RTL lifecycle from microarchitecture through RTL development, integration, debug, and simulation readiness.
• Support design quality by working with verification teams to enable thorough validation and robust performance.
• Address interface definition, timing, power, performance, and area tradeoffs early in the design cycle.
